Mail problem with new MacMini Mac OS 13

Apple mail problem with new MacMini Mac OS 13 does not inform server when message read, moved or deleted. On iPad, iPhone, intel iMac MacOS 13, iMac MacOS 10.15 with seemingly same settings it works fine. Any suggestions?
