Help resolving lounge slack connection glitch

Hi,

When I attempt to join a lounge, I get an issue in slack "There's been a glitch" and it won't connect me to the lounge channel. How do I resolve this?

Hi jamesmattis, if you haven't already, can you go to <developer.apple.com/account> and log out and then log back in. Please then try joining the Digital Lounges again. Let us know if this resolves the issue. If not, we'll look in to this further.

Sadly, logging out and logging back in doesn't seem to resolve the issue.

Can you confirm that you are logging in with the email address/Apple ID associated with your Apple Developer Program membership?

Yes - I'm logging into both Slack and the Apple Developer program using the same email address.
