Unable to renew enterprise account.

Dear Members, I am facing problem in renewing the enterprise account. Because of this

"Because this program is now designed for organizations with more than 100 employees, we’re unable to renew your membership and recommend joining the Apple Developer Program."

Please suggest me where i can update my employee information in developer portal so that i can renew my enterprise detail.

We would suggest you reply back to the email you have received and provide information that you have more than 100 employees. Additional information will be requested to confirm the information in order to assist you with your enterprise program renewal process. If you don't have the email anymore, you can reach out to Apple Developer Support directly to discuss this issue:

I am also facing the same issue and have connected to the Apple support team. However, instead of helping us, they told us they had passed the case to another team and said, "They can't do anything then this". So now, Our Account will expire in two days, and I don't know what options we have.

it's been two months since we have provided user count and related proof. They don't even tell us any deadline to resolve our issue.

This is insane. We never expected this kind of response from the Great "Apple Team."
