I have 2 apps on the App Store since 2009, and today I can no longer generate a Promo Code. I haven't generated a code for several months so the current app version still has 100 remaining.
Any ideas, is it down?

I am also facing the same problem. Unable to generate the promo code. It was working couple of months back. Any idea when it will be up?

I haven't been able to generate promo codes for two days. It's very frustrating.
