Unable to resolve package for SPM

Xcode 13.3 macOS 12.3

Trying to add SDWebImageSwiftUI via package manager fails because the package can't be resolved.

Internet is working fine.

Same result for master and next major as per pics.

I've done clean build, clear cache, close project/xcode, delete recent history etc

Any ideas?
