How to get the number of English, Spanish and Other Language users for my App?

If this is an App Store app you may be able to get this information via its analytics feature. See App Store Connect Help > Measure app performance > App Analytics. If not, I encourage you to file an enhancement request against that feature. And, if you do, please post your bug number, just for the record.
