Hi, it's been several days since the official release of 12.3 and my system is still reporting no updates available while sitting at 12.2.1.

I am having the exact same issue with same specs as yours (M1, 2022) and I also tried using the CLI "softwareupdate -l" but there was no luck. Try to download the update from App Store, it works sometime.

Thanks Alizain. Quick clarification, are you saying that you go to the AppStore and grab the Monterey installer and let it run and it may grab the new update?
Posting cut short - my actual question is two-fold. First, is this normal/expected behavior and I should just wait patiently and second, is there any CLI magic I can do to force an update endpoint or the likes? Thanks in advance!
