Hey guys,
Just wondering if anybody is experiencing huge delays on their submissions. We finished our app the week and submitted the week before Thanksgiving, two months ago, and we're still not in. Each rejection, we'll be asked to provide one thing, then we'll fix it, then weeks later we'll be rejected again for another thing that wasn't brought up in the previous rejection (typically an incredibly minor thing).
We didn't hear back til the 5th of December, when we got rejected. They asked for some changes, we made them, and submitted two days later. Another week later, we got rejected, with more clarification requested. We resubmitted with the requested info and got rejected again. This has happened eight times and counting now, with each rejection containing one single question instead of just asking them all at once.
Is there normal? What can we do to improve this? The last submission was ten days ago. What are the reasons for these delays?
