Meaning of error -16839 when playing Fairplay Live video

I am working on a video app and I get error like this:

" An unknown error occured (-16839)"

I couldn't find the map of the AVPlayer error code anywhere online. Someone knows the meaning of this error ?

As the error is unknown, I fear it will be difficult to find its meaning. Did you contact Apple Support ?

If it can help, I finally get a log with more explanation. The operation couldn’t be completed. (CoreMediaErrorDomain error -16839 - Unable to get playlist before long download timer.)
