When a user clicks on the redemption link, it populates the code and asks for iTunes password if required.
Then it says it is downloading app, but nothing is downloaded and the redemption code expires.
Redemption Codes stopped working
When I went to already purchased apps, it was there ready to download. Is this new behavior? Why wouldn't it start downloading right away?
Same problem here, according to our tests, all was working fine in iOS 15.1. Our customers complained that it was not working anymore in 15.2. I updated to latest iOS to test it (15.3), and I can confirm redemtion codes are not working anymore for business apps in iOS 15.2 and 15.3. The os recognizes the redeem code, it says "the app is downloading", but the app is NOT downloading.
