Builds queueing forever...

I have a project that has stopped building on xcode cloud. The project depends on several large binary swift packages that are downloaded, including one that is > 100 mb. I think it's since these packages got bigger that the CI builds stopped working, but there is nothing in the logs, it just doesn't start the build as far as I can see.

Is there a limit that I am hitting that means my builds don't get started?

Xcode Cloud is experiencing an outage, which is communicated on the Apple Developer System Status page. Please monitor that page for updates on when Xcode Cloud is available again.

+1, same here

Same here. No packages changed significantly. It hasn't run for 4 days now and keeps getting stuck on queued. I also tried removing all data from Xcode Cloud and reconnecting it with GitHub with the same results.

Same here.... after playing with Xcode Cloud last week, this morning I gave presentation about it to the group of engineers I work with, and encouraged them to play with it, and try it out...

same here, but this was my first ever build attempt using Xcode cloud. All I'm attempting to do is run my unit tests

Same here. Last not stuck build was 3 days ago.

For the last 30 minutes my e-mail box has been bombarded by Xcode Cloud failure messages, repeating over and over again.
