I tested my app locally, and it ran well. However, when I submitted my app to review, the reviewer said that my app only displayed back button. The image he/she sent is attached below. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks!

Hard to say something sure with just watching the screen shot. Can you show the code of your app including the root view?
Huge blank screen, but little help. What is your screen looking like ? What is the code ? Is it the initial screen or a screen during navigation ? Maybe a screenshot of storyboard could help as well.
Visibly, that was tested by reviewer either on iPad Air (3rd gen) or iPad Pro (2nd gen 10.5"). Did you test on these devices as well (at least on simulator) ? If not, you should and tell what you get.
