Recently, the items in Project navigator of all my projects show as black instead of in color like before.
What's causing this. I also noticed other changes when I create a new iOS app project.

Do you speak of icons or something else ?
I just tested by creating a project with Xcode 13.1 and do not get the problem. Neither for a UIKit project nor SwiftUI. Just folders are now grey instead of yellow.
For comparison, I created similar project in Xcode 12.4. See screenshot.
Could you show what you get and explain what you'd expect ?
