Heads-up: Xcode 13.2 takes a super-long time to install.

...and it may also need a ton of free space.
...and then there's still the "Install Additional Components".

No problem.
Just give it plenty of time (overnight, if necessary).
Don't start the install if you are in a rush, or you need it in the next half-hour.

Just a friendly heads-up, given the number of people who are regularly caught out by this.

Xcode 13.2.1 is now available on the App Store, fixing the Swift Package issue.

This one seems to be extra slow.

Stuck at Installing (from App Store) since yesterday, unsure how long it needs... I thought about stopping/cancelling the installation and then maybe trying to download and install from the Apple Downloads site but I cannot find a way to stop it. Perhaps it'll be done after the weekend?

Env: macOS 12.1, MacBook M1 Pro.

Also note (aargh!) that the App Store Xcode 13.2 (13C90) appears to be broken, if you use Swift Packages.
As discussed here:

The current workaround is to download Xcode 13.2 directly from the Releases (Applications) section of the Apple Developer website:
https://developer.apple.com/download/release/

This issue has now been included in the updated Xcode 13.2 Release Notes:
