Distribution certificate not listed anymore?

I have our Developer enterprise account and If I look in our certificates I today have 1 distribution certificate that expire next week. If I click "+" to create a new certificate there does not exist any option to create a new distribution certificate ! - but only other development certificates can be created. I am logged in with the account holder user, so have full rights

I know normally 2 distribution certificates can be created. What can I do ?
