Enrolling to Apple Enterprise Developer Programme

Hi there, I submitted an enrollment form for Apple Enterprise Developer Programme a few months back, but I have not received any outcome.

Here's my scenario:

  1. My company is looking to distribute an app internally for our 500 employees. In light of this, we need the Enterprise developer programme
  2. My company has another AppleID, with the normal Developer Programme, but it's not usable due to point #1.
  3. I received a response saying that Apple will not proceed with my enrollment -- but no reason is stated
  4. On my dashboard, it was still stated that my enrollment is being processed
  5. I wrote a number of emails and called a few times, but I get nothing helpful so far.

Can anyone please advise me on what I should do next?

I also facing this issue has been 3 months not update at all. I submitted few tickets to ask apple also reply in progress only.

Yup, I also called in, but I was always asked to just wait. I'm also not sure of how long will the processing time take.

We've got the same answer this summer for company with 300+ employees :( After a two interviews, and requested documents.

Also interested in understanding what to do next.

Q
