What legal entity of Apple do you contract with?

Hi

  • I'm a new dev and I plan to have an organisation developer account to publish my forthcoming app.

  • The revenue of my app will be paid directly to Apple by the users, since I'm not selling physical goods or anything. All that my customers will pay for is within the app, it's purely digital.

Questions:

  • I'd like to understand which legal entity of Apple (i.e. where is that branch of Apple based) will have dealings with my own legal entity if I incorporate using a US LLC

  • The same, but if my company was to be a legal entity in the European Union

  • What are the bank account requirements in either of those cases? Are bank accounts made with Wise (formerly TransferWise) allowed in either cases?
