Is the notarization service down?

Are you using notarytool? Or the now-deprecated-at-least-for-notarisation-work [1] altool?

The reason this last point matters is that altool takes a more convoluted path to the notary service, so I’ve seen situations where it breaks while notarytool continues to work. There’s no guarantee that this is what’s happening here, but it’s always worth testing.
