I suggest Apple to more frequently reply to software developers. My previous replies didn't get any reply or help from Apple. Also many questions from other developers were not answered. I guess that so large company can pay more attention to their sofware developers. We really need more help and replies from Apple to create good software apps for macOS and iOS.
Sure, Apple experts do bring a lot of value when they contribute. But this is a forum for developers, where Apple experts may help from time to time, but not an official channel. IMO that's fine this way.
To get Apple support, we have to use Contact Us or burn a DTS ticket.
This being said, non-reply in the forum is effectively a problem. Have you checked that you have closed all your posts for which you got a correct answer ?
