After creating archive file in Xcode 13.0 for an app,I am following article below for exporting to ipa file:

A profile needs to be generated for distribution purpose. Since I don't own an iOS device (only have MacBook Big Sur) and would like to distribute outside of app store through 3rd party platform, what kind of distribution method shall I choose from below?
