When you submitted your request, did you get an auto ACK email? It should have contained a line like this:

Follow-up: NNNNNNNNN

Cool.

Given that you got that auto ACK, you can reply to it and request a status update. Make sure to preserve the Follow-up: NNNNNNNNN line so that your reply gets routed correctly.

Just for those reading along at home, I didn’t do much here. I can see the status of KEXTs requests but I’m not involved in either the paperwork or the approval process. So all I did here was confirm that Shengxuantool’s request hadn’t got lost along the way.
