Can't get through App review process

My app gets rejects for totally bogus reasons.

For example, right now they claim "there is no parental gate", but THERE IS parental gate.

Previously, they wrote to me (in the same review!) that "we cannot locate the in-app purchases" and "error message was displayed when we tapped the shopping cart icon"! Like...guys, make up your mind, did you or did you not see the shopping cart!

What is going on? How do I get through the app review process? Have been rejected 5 times already...

Here is the screenshot for the parental gate:

And this is what they wrote to me in the review: "To resolve this issue, please update your app to incorporate a parental gate before the user can access external content or engage in commerce and ensure that the parental gate cannot be disabled."

What do they want!?
