Invalid certificate

Since today we're getting reports that the certificate of our website is invalid on iOS devices. When we check the details it looks like the dates are correct and matches the requirments (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210176).

Can anyone see if I'm missing something: https://spasereen.xplanonline.com/reserveren/

It's not your certificate that is wrong or expired, it's your root-certificate (R3) that is expired on 29. September 2021, 21:21:40. And it is also an macOS issue.
