Where this radical difference is clear..and my second question is if there is a difference between swift playground and xcode playground?
What do you mean by Xcode playground ? AFAIK, there is a single playground in Xcode.

That video you referenced is for Swift Playgrounds 4, a new version that’s announced but not currently available (not even in beta).
