Too much space waisted in bottom area

Hi Apple,

the Bottom Safari nav bar needs now too much space in the Beta 6 version - also it always appears when I scroll down.

Solution: a. reduce hight of the navigation line (the lower one) b. give an option to fix the URL bar when scrolling up / down (not longer appearance when I scroll down) and I can activate it when I click on it.

Then it would be a near perfect solution.
