error While recording connected iPhone device Screen On M1 MacBook

I am facing an error while recording session for connected mirrored iOS device over M1 chip based MacBook.

Xcode Error :- CMIO_Unit_Convertor_VideoToolboxCompressor.cpp:1958:doCompressBuffer [0x14683c800] EXCEPTION ON ERROR -67447

Note:- same thing working on intel-based Mac.

Any Help?
