console fills up with "[default] invalid display identifier Main"

Question

Since I installed the beta version of macOS Monterey, I get flooded with entries in the console which all say the same line:

[default] invalid display identifier Main

I have no idea why and what to look for. Any suggestions?

I am getting the same, new SwiftUI project and the old one, both are getting a lot of debug logs invalid display identifier Main

I'm getting the same problem under Monterey 12.5 when using opengl - I have a benq pd3200u monitor and a AMD Radeon Pro W5700X 16 GB graphics card.

Runs fine for 5-6 minutes then the screen starts to turn on and off and I get errors like

I've just started getting this on Ventura 13.3, Version 14.3 (14E222b).

I'm thinking it's related to MacOS turning display off after 10 mins of inactivity. These messages only appear when I go make myself a coffee! 😄
