Or is it possible to show the Quick Note window only on iPad with Pencil by swiping from the bottom right corner of the screen?
Is there a way how to trigger Quick Note on Simulator?

As far as I know, the simulator does not support Quick Note (nor the pencil). Only a physical device is sufficient.
