Hi Team,
I am posting this issue on behalf of my company.
Our company employees are using MAC with Big Sur OS 11.3.1 and some employees are reported after
connecting external monitor / TV, MAC getting slow down. When we checked Activity Monitor the service kernal_task using more CPU (700). Once we disconnect the monitor kernal_task service uses a normal CPU.
We have tried to change the different USB-C port and reduced display resolution, SMC &NVRAM reset. Still not improved.
In my company many cases reported on the same issue. Can you please suggest some fix/workaround
Thanks
Prakash
