App no Longer Available

Hi,
I'm not a professional developer. I have basic knowledge in programming and I had the intention to create some apps on Xcode to my personal use only. However, some time after create my first one and run on my personal iPhone, I've received a message the app was no Longer available. I did a research and looks like I need to pay Apple if I want to use the app I've created. Is this conclusion correct? If not, what I need to do?
Thanks
Diego

Partially correct.
Your developing apps installed via Xcode have some fixed period of days available.

If you do not want to pay for Developer Programs, you may need to update your app and re-install it using your Xcode.
Thanks, re-install every time is not a option for me, once I will lose data... I've checked this Developer Program and looks like I need to pay 99USD year, but seems we can also publish the app on Apple Store and other benefits... Considering I want something more simple, Isn't there any other cheaper alternative?

Re-installing is cheaper, it is free.
You will not lose your data if your app properly persists the data.

Same behaviour even if you do pay to join the developer program
