Hey!, so I am building something related to Marvel universe, and I want to use movies posters and marvel logo in the app. Are these assets considered "public domain" as mentioned in the rules for building the app?

and if they are not, how can I use them and include credits?

I would really be surprised those elements are considered public domain by Marvel.

Anyway, to pass the app review, you should need a formal acceptance from Marvel. Honestly I do doubt you will ever get it.

Ok this is.. disappointing...

You may officially ask Marvel. But even for the challenge, I doubt Apple would prime an app that has any possible copyright issue.
