I also need it and the whole field is missing. Checked Apple's document again and it is not where it is supposed to be!
Same here. Was there a couple of days ago and now it is gone. Also Subscription Groups section has disappeared as well (but can still be sorta-kinda indirectly accessed through the "Manage" In-App Purchases sub-section.
I can't see anything mentioned anywhere about planned changes to the Appstore Connect interface, so I am assuming this isn't an intentional change.

I sent an email to apple and they replied that they knew the problem . Hope to fix it as soon as possible
