I have found this alternative on https://www.apple.com/rss/, but it's only for the US

For Podcasts use

http://ax.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStoreServices.woa/ws/RSS/topPodcasts/json

I have also found a way how to display TOP results from different countries
