This is an interesting support issue; This iPhone has our app that freezes every time on the start up screen but does not have an icon to un-install. The startup issue has been addressed in the next build, but it requires uninstalling the app first.
iPhone as been rebooted many times.
TestFlight has been un-installed and reinstalled (only offers user to “open app”) - if the app was not on phone, it would say “install app”.
iPhone does not have an icon - to hold down and delete app
All iPhones have a search for apps and also a grouping apps feature where the app (not icon) shows up - can’t uninstall from these areas, only attempt to load but the app crashes/freezes on the screen below.
