XCode generates certificates and revoke them immediately

I'm using XCode just for my onw purposes, not with an paid developer account.

After i setup my Mac new, and try to build my project, i noticed
XCode generates the provisioning profiles, but revoke them immediately.
And the game starts over and over again.

I'm on macOS Mojave and XCode 11.2.1.

I did an export of my AppleID in XCode on a saved old system and
import it in the new one. But it doesn't work either. Morover on my old
system the same happens.

What is going wrong?
Code Block
i am having the same issue. i generated the iOS distribution certificate on the apple developer site, but when I open XCode on my Mac the certificate immediately shows revoked in the status, yet in the KeyChain everything looks fine. where you able to resolve the issue?

Xcode 12.4
No... there was a time it works as expected, but today i faced the same issue again.

Something went wrong on Apples side, i guess

Edit:

In my case it's an AppleTV-App with a Topshelf-Extension. And the Problem is the Topshelf. If i remove it, everything works so far.
More then 150 Viewers on this topic, but no answer means i'm alone with that problem (except @livingfae).

Conclusion:

On Catalina and Big Sur with Xcode 12.x i dont face this issue, means i have to / must upgrade. But what, if i don't want to, or i'm not able to (because of older, not supported Hardware by Apple, e.g. MacPro 2012).

Got Phone- and E-Mail support with Apple, but nobody there seems to be responsible. Thats really annoying.

At the end i have to use a VM with either Catalina or Big Sur to build my Project.

Thanks, Apple.
