I started my first apple search ads (Advance) campaign just few days back. The campaign is for promoting my game application. As in Advance Apple Search Campaign we can set things manually so, 
I set things as following:
Location: FRANCE (Paris City)
Budget: $50
Daily Cap: $10
Max Default CPT: $0.71 (Suggestion by Apple is $0.70)
CPA: $1.1
Search match: OFF
Keywords: 9 keywords (All Exact)
All keywords set with by default max CPT that is $0.71 except two keywords with $1 and $1.50 CPT.

The impressions I get is on only three keywords one with by default max CPT and two keywords with high CPT's.
Total Impressions: 22
Taps: 2
Installs: 1


The process of getting Impressions taps and installs is too slow, it took 5-6 days to reach these small numbers.
What are the steps I have to follow to get right amount of impressions taps and installs in right amount of period?
