Someone hacked my account and transferred my apps without my permission to another account. Please how can I take my apps back help? Has anyone been in this situation before? Someone should suggest please

I also had same issue, one of my friend client app transferred automatically, I called apple many times about this issue, but they are not giving satisfied answer.
