Notarization status checks failing intermittently with certificate error for contentdelivery.itunes.apple.com

We're seeing this error intermittently, when trying to check notarisation status with altool --notarization-info

Later requests indicate that notarization is actually succeeding.

Seems like this problem was likely caused by some kind of network filtering on our office network.
