Modern Equivalent to Core Image Funhouse?

Hello.

Years ago I made extensive use of an Apple developer tool called "Core Image Funhouse" to help develop filter stacks for an IOS graphics app. This was a great little app & was very helpful.

The app no longer runs under modern OS versions & I've been searching everywhere for a clue as to whether or not there is a modern equivalent or a way to use xCode to perform this same type of testing & experimentation.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I can add an update to this question but I'm still seeking a more official answer.

A generous, private developer has made some modifications to the 2014 source package for Core Image Funhouse to allow it to partially function under MacOS 10.15 (Catalina). I've used it for a few hours and it seems mostly functional although it crashes once in a while. Here's the link to that...

With that said, I have to think that this app was replaced by some other process within xCode or by some other developer app, plug-in or extension. If anyone has any further information or tips please share. I've noticed a lot of people asking similar questions spanning the last few years.
