This started after upgrading to big sur, however not instantly. First tim was a week ago and I'm on big sur for a while now.What am I looking for when reading this crash report?

This is also happening to me regularly same Safari and OS.
I've been looking at people with the same issues and the common thing was they all had adguard installed. I would try uninstalling or disabling it, as that seemed to do the trick for me. Try maybe using a different ad blocker until they fix the issue.
