Current Xcode and Safari - web extension convert can’t parse manifest

safari web extension converter command line tool is “unable to parse manifest.json” I am using Catalina 10.15.7, XCode 12.2 and it is selected, and Safari 14.0.2. Other posts have unable to parse issues but they were due to version issues and the selection issue, according to my search of the forums. Your help is appreciated.

Can you post a copy of the manifest you are using? Does it happen with any manifest? Does it work with Xcode 12.3 (released earlier this week)?
