M.Mini.M1 - Big Sur Beta-2 -> "Computer account creation failed"

Hello Apple Dev Community,
I have some big troubles whit my Mac Mini, yesterday i was trying to Reinstall my Mac whit erased Disks though the Disk Utility.

The Mac OS Recovery downloaded the Big Sur Beta 2 Version and in the Installer i type my Account Name and after 5 Minutes I get an Error "Computer account creation failed" when i press okey and select back than next I can create again an User, but it fails again.

What i already tried was:

• rm ...../.AppleSetupDone (The Installer runs again and it hangs on the same Problem)

• tried to downgrade to 11.0.1 the recovery tells me that the Version on the USB Stick is to old.

• repaired Harddrive whit the "First Aid" Tool.

• tried to use Apple Configurator 2 on my other PC whit installed Mac on VMWare (will not find the Mac Mini so maybe the USB-C Cable could be wrong, when i try to connect my Iphone though the Lighting Cable the tool will find it in the VM)

Maybe anybody can help me ? I really can do nothing but the funniest thing ist when it Stucks in the Installer and i reboot the Device after the Error-message then I see that the Users are created in the Login Screen but the Passwords are all incorrect, when I Try to use "resetpassword" in the Terminal it teels me that there is a Problem whit the Verification of my Computer in the Connection to the Apple Servers.
