Massive Battery drain iPhone 12 iOS 14.2 and 14.3 beta

Last night, 35% drain during 8 hours in stand by on my one month old iPhone 12. 
Charged again to 100%, took it off the charger fully charged to make one phone call that lasted about 2, 3 minutes. And down to 95%! 
This is madness. Running 14.3 last beta, but it was the same in 14.2.
This needs to be fixed...

it's driving me crazy aswell,ios 14 is a total nightmare,it seems to get a bit better with one update but then the next update makes it worse again,my ipad pro battery life has went from 12 hours screen on time on ios 13 to 6 hours on time on ios 14,why is it takin so long for apple to fix this cause I swear if I had the funds right now I'd sell iphone11/ipad/apple watch and go bck to android cause I'm extremely fed up with it
