I just downloaded the Building an Audio Server Plug-in and Driver Extension sample code and noticed that SimpleAudioDriverUserClient.h is missing. Where can I find that?

I also noticed that the page noted above indicates:
Availability: macOS 11.0+

Perhaps I'm missing something?
