Restoring missing modifiers and views From Xcode Library

I'm using Big Sur 11.0.1 Beta and Xcode 12.2 beta 3. I am working on a SwiftUI project and I pressed Cmd-Shift-L to bring up the library window. It comes up but modifiers and views are missing. Was that intentional or is there a problem with my installation of Xcode?

Anyone else experience this?

Never mind. I see that when the canvas isn't shown they also do not show. It's a little silly since I can place the controls in the code or on the canvas. Live and learn.

I have something similar. Views are showing up in my Library, but not modifiers, even when I have the canvas open.

I'm using Xcode 12.4 and Big Sur 11.2.2.
