Updating countries/regions of existing app.

I have a app which is available in 3 countries. Now i want to add another country in which the app should be available.

For doing the same
Do I need to create a new version of existing app or add country in the existing version.

Hi. I need to make a similar change to my app to add additional countries. Were you able to add the country for the existing version and have it distributed, or was it necessary to release a new version for distribution to the new countries?
