WatchOS7 update problems

Hey guys !
So ive just got an Apple Watch 5 as a present and for some reason it wont update to WatchOS 7.

It downloads the update but every time i try to install it says "watch OS could no be verified because you are not connected to the internet"

i tired unpairing, restart, network rest on my iPhone 11 Pro, nothing seem to work.

WiFi is good, internet is working but still fails to update.

any advice?

Hi @DorNabet,
Have you checked to see if you have any storage space left on the Watch? It is possible to fill up storage and prevent a WatchOS update from installing. It's happened to me before several times.
