I would like to receive some advice about how to develop an interactive tutorial inside an app.

You can have views that explain with illustration how to use.
Or shoot videos and include in the app resources.

What I do usually is to include a help (?) button on views that may require it and give short explanation here.
Then you could post very detailed tutorial on your website (aka user manual), in order not to overload app.

Note: if app requires lot of tutorial, that may hint the UI is a bit too complex.
