App suspended when interrupt CXCallObserver in Background Mode

Hello !
we are developed music app .while playing music whenever interrupt CXCallObserver in Background Mode after 30 sec app goes to suspended and whenever music paused in background mode after 3 min app terminated

to avoid this issue is there any solution/method that we trigger after suspend or terminate
