After updating to Safari 14 production on both my Macs I see this problem. When I add a page to a reading list or to bookmarks it freezes for awhile.

This is happening consistently for me and its a huge pain
I am also having this issue on Safari 14. Seems to also crop up when I'm enabling/disabling extensions or doing other things in the preferences.
